At Cloudenergy, quality is engineered into every LiFePO4 battery. We combine strict incoming control, in-process inspections, end-of-line testing, and reliability validation to deliver safe, consistent performance.

Quality Policy & Objectives

  • Grade A cells only: Qualified suppliers, batch traceability, and verification of electrical/visual parameters.
  • Process control: Documented SOPs, calibrated tools, SPC monitoring, and layered audits.
  • Zero-defect mindset: Preventive control plans and continuous improvement (CAPA) to reduce ppm defects.
  • Compliance first: ISO 9001 system; product documents available by model (UL, CE, UN38.3, RoHS, FCC, SDS/MSDS).

End-to-End Quality Workflow

  1. IQC — Incoming Quality Control: Cell binning, IR and OCV checks, cosmetic inspection, and supplier lot traceability.
  2. IPQC — In-Process Quality Control: Cell sorting, spot/laser welding audits, module assembly torque checks, BMS wiring verification.
  3. OQC — Outgoing Quality Control: 100% functional test, charge–discharge verification, insulation/hi-pot where applicable, and final packing audit.

Sampling plans align with international AQL standards; critical/major/minor defect thresholds are defined per model and application.

Testing & Reliability Validation

  • Performance: Capacity at rated C-rate, DCIR, cycle life sampling, balancing effectiveness, and SOC accuracy.
  • Safety: Short-circuit, nail penetration, squeeze/impact, drop, and thermal tests.
  • Environment: High/low temperature, humidity, vibration, and storage aging.
  • BMS validation: Protection thresholds, fault handling, CAN/RS485 communication, and firmware stress tests.
